Carlin is a recognized and respected industry leader with more than 25 years of experience in the casino, gaming and hospitality industry. Carlin founded G2 Gaming in 2022 with the vision to operate multiple upscale charitable gaming venues in New Hampshire by combining cutting-edge technology, premium hospitality and leveraging his experience developing and running professional casinos in major cities across North America. Carlin believes in delivering memorable entertainment experiences and in supporting local nonprofits through the unique charitable gaming model established by the state of New Hampshire.

In 1998, Carlin co-founded Rush Street Gaming and the publicly traded Rush Street Interactive with Chicago real estate and casino developer Neil Bluhm. He was instrumental in overseeing the development of seven mixed-use casino properties in North America, which represented more than $3 billion in investment.

Under the Rivers Casino brand, Rush Street Gaming has developed seven regional destination casinos, including four of which it continues to operate in downtown Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, the Capital Region of New York and in the Chicago suburbs. Its newest destination casino recently opened in Portsmouth, Virginia.
