Eric Barbaro is a seasoned executive leader with over two decades of experience in high-level operations and strategic management within the casino and hospitality industry. A former U.S. Army Sergeant, Eric’s leadership foundation is built on integrity, discipline, and strategy.

Barbaro has held key executive positions with some of the most renowned casino brands in Nevada, including MGM Resorts, Tropicana, Hard Rock, and Station Casinos. His expertise in casino marketing strategy, operational efficiency, and guest experience positioned him as a dynamic leader in the industry. He later served as General Manager for a prominent casino in California, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth, team development, and operational excellence.
Currently, Barbaro is the Chief Operating Officer of Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, a fast-growing organization operating two successful casinos in New Hampshire with aggressive plans for expansion.
